What is the predicted timeline to receive a pre-order?
We are working on some model updates and will have more information regarding shipping timelines shortly.
Can I cancel a pre-order?
Yes of course you can! We hope you don't want to but we understand if you get impatient or change your mind :)
What is your return policy?
Returns are accepted as long as the kit is un-assembled. If you simply email us we would love to help you out with any exchanges or questions!
When are more models coming?
We have a lot of exciting models in the works as we speak. Sign up for our emails or social channels to be alerted when they are ready to ship.
Do you ship internationally?
Not yet. We only ship in the United States right now but international is coming soon.
How challenging are the assemblies?
No worries if you have zero experience! The kit comes with a link to a detailed video tutorial to help you step by step. Kits are very beginner friendly and only need a little creativity to complete!
